Letter from Randy

Hello! How have your travels been? I imagine your equipment has had a hard time. Time and enemies have worn it down quite a bit, haven't they? Have you ever wanted to learn how to make weapons and armor? If you want, I can give you a letter of recommendation for the blacksmith. He will teach you!
