Sorceress Minerva's Gift

Greetings, young Sorcerer! I have heard how quickly you are learning to command the elemental forces. They eagerly answer your call and submit to your will. Well then, such skill and dedication deserve a reward. The Sorcerer Mentor in Randol will give you my gift the next time you visit. - Sorceress Minerva -
