The death of the expedition

Several years ago, the skeleton of a huge animal was discovered in the desert. Naturally, I immediately organized an expedition there. Ah, the amazing discoveries we managed to make!.. I was on the verge of a great discovery. It seems that this land was once inhabited by gigantic creatures resembling dragons, only even larger and without wings. What happened to them? Why did they die out? I was almost on the verge of finding the answers to these questions when suddenly... Something terrible happened. Apparently, while digging, we disturbed the lair of a giant spider. And it was only too happy to see two-legged prey before it... We had to run. I hoped the spider would leave, but it liked the pit, where the scorching rays of the sun could not reach. Please drive away this monster, known as Baal! I dream of continuing the excavations.
