Fake Amulet

I need your help. One of my wealthy clients asked me to obtain a spear consecrated by the shamans of distant Egeha. Where am I supposed to get one?.. There probably aren't even any shamans left in Egeha! I'll have to resort to a trick. Get me some fangs, and I'll string them on a thread and wrap the spear's handle with them, making it look like a genuine shamanic amulet. Help me out, and don't let me down!
