A Favor for Rowel

Welcome! I am Rowel, an armor trader. I've heard of your exploits. I need help! No one else can do this... My armor is famous throughout the kingdom. My supplier, Wild Collector Kel, has set up camp near the Velpist Temple in the west. He gathers rare and amazing materials that I use to create magnificent armor. I still haven't settled my debt with Kel for the last goods, and he refuses to supply anything new until I pay him. But I have so many orders that I can't tear myself away from work. Please, do me a favor: take him this letter and the gold.
