Everything went wrong that fateful morning. The sky was frowning, and the air was trembling, as if on a hot afternoon. Thick smoke was pouring down from the Sacred Forest... We rushed there. Oh, woe! The forest was burned to the ground. And in the black clearing, Rogen was lying face down and sobbing. Alas, she could not stand the torture and accepted the will of the Forsaken. Immediately everything went dark... when she came to, she saw fire and ashes all around. We took Rogen home, and after giving her a healing decoction, we put her to bed... In the morning her bed was empty. Darkness began to spread over the earth and soon covered the whole of Ascadia...
