Plague and lepers

Lord Belet is served by the most terrible creatures that the underworld has ever spewed. He honors the strong, elevating them to military leaders and governors, and puts terrible experiments on the weak. The forests were filled with plague and leper harpies. If we want to revive Tarna in its former glory, we need to get rid of them - otherwise neither animals nor birds will survive here.
