The Gnolls got really violent all of a sudden. Usually they avoid people, but we've heard stories of Gnolls attacking pretty much everybody. They look crazed. They froth at the mouth and attack with utter disregard for themselves. Many of the magicians in the Owl Village were hurt or killed by Gnolls. Our research is imperative, and I can't work without the other magicians. You must show these Gnoll Soldiers what it means to get violent. Kill them and cut out their hearts. Even crazed Gnolls will understand that message.
